Transportation Policy

Thank you for your order!

To ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible, please read the following shipping instructions carefully:

1. Order processing time

  • We will process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order (and confirming payment).

  • Special circumstances: In case of large order volume or inventory reallocation, the shipping time may be slightly delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Delivery method and delivery time

This website currently offers the following shipping methods.

A. Home delivery to your door

  • Black Cat Delivery Service

  • After shipment, it is expected to be delivered to your designated address within 1 to 2 business days.

B. Convenience store pickup (7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart)

  • After shipment, delivery to your designated convenience store is expected to take 3 to 7 business days.

  • Pickup Notice: After the goods arrive at the store, the system will send a text message to your mobile phone. Please be sure to bring valid identification to pick up the goods within 7 days.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

  • Home delivery fee: NT$140 per order.

  • Convenience store pickup: The shipping fee is NT$65 per order.

Free shipping offer

  • For any single order placed on this website with a total amount of NT$3,000 or more, you can enjoy free shipping on that order.

4. Transportation Precautions

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Notification" email containing your package tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.

  • Information Accuracy: Please ensure you fill in the correct recipient's name, contact number, and delivery address (or convenience store address) when placing your order. Any delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Unclaimed Goods: If a product is returned due to overdue pickup at a convenience store or no one signing for it at a courier service, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
