Thank you for shopping at KOKOH.STUDIO! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the policy below.
1. Application period for return and exchange
According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a seven-day grace period (not a trial period) from the date of receipt of the goods.
Please submit your return request to us within seven days of receiving the goods. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Requirements for the condition of returned goods
Returned items must be in brand new condition and in complete packaging (including the product itself, accessories, inner and outer packaging, warranty certificate, gifts, etc.).
Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
The product has been opened, used, damaged, or stained.
The original packaging box or packaging materials are missing.
Products not eligible for the seven-day waiting period: intimate apparel and customized products.
3. Returns Process
To submit a request: Please contact kokoh.company@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
Confirmation and Return: Our customer service will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm the return details and return address.
Inspection: We will check the condition of the returned goods within 3 business days after receiving them.
4. Refund Processing
Refund Time: Once the product has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Due to bank processing times, funds will typically appear in your account within 7-14 business days.
5. Shipping Fee Explanation
Seller's factors: If the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Buyer-related factors: If a return is made due to the consumer's personal factors (such as dislike of the color, incorrect size, regret, etc.), the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer.
